Getting back to it, 315lbs 4x8 beltless
我同自己講,做完呢組之後,Working set唔可以再少過315lbs
做8 reps絕對係一個HIT,Squat完個心跳每次都會飄升到~170 bpm 大概85% of MHR
所以每次完左深蹲既訓練,身體都會保持住沸騰,幫我燃燒更多卡路里😎
